Book your stay conveniently through our website. Depending on the rate you booked, you can make changes and cancellations on your own. To do so, click the “Detailed Booking Information” link at the bottom of the booking confirmation email you received immediately after booking. On the following page, please enter the email address you used when booking, as well as your last name. You can then view, modify, or cancel your reservation.

Depending on the rate, up to two rebookings are possible free of charge. Changes and cancellations are free of charge up to three days before arrival.

Please note that for reservations made through booking portals such as Booking.com, the terms and conditions listed there apply.

For longer stays, you can take advantage of attractive special rates. For stays of 30 nights or more, enter the discount code “Longstay” when booking through our website to receive a 20% discount on the booking price.

Bookings made through our website can be conveniently paid for by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or PayPal.

The driveway:
Coming from the A5 motorway, take the exit Freiburg-Mitte and drive towards Freiburg to B31a.
At exit B3 towards Merzhausen/B31/Stadtmitte/Konzerthaus/Main railway station, take the right to turn to Schnewelinstraße/B3.
After about 800m turn right into the railway road and then turn after approx. 300m left onto the Rotteckring. After about 270m drive straight through the intersection to the Katharinenstraße. You will find us on the right side. Entrance is in the yard.

Access by public:
Coming from the main railway station, you will get to tram No. 3 towards Zähringen. Please get off at the Europaplatz stop. After a 6 minute walk you will arrive with us.

Our staff are available from 10 am to 9 pm to answer any questions you may have, and to provide tips and recommendations on things to do in Freiburg. You can arrive between 4 pm and 9 pm. We are happy to allow an earlier arrival before 4 pm if this has been agreed in advance.

Late arrival is also possible with prior consultation. You will receive your apartment key via a key box after 9 pm. Please contact us to arrange this.

Enjoy a comfortable stay until 11 a.m. When you leave, please place the apartment keys on the table and close the door behind you.

Late departure is possible after prior consultation until 12 noon. Please contact our staff. If you need to leave earlier, we would be grateful if you could let us know the day before, so that we can make the best use of our housekeeping services.

We will gladly take your luggage before check-in from Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. and on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 1 p.m. Please contact us directly on the telephone number specified in your booking confirmation.

Pets are welcome. For the additional cost of cleaning we charge a flat rate of 15,- EUR per night per animal. Please contact us before you arrive.

All apartments are equipped with free Wi-Fi.

We are happy to provide you with a cot and a high chair free of charge. Simply reserve these items before you arrive, or ask our staff for assistance during your stay.

You are welcome to relax in our lounge at any time. However, we ask that you consider the other guests in the house. The night rest period is between 10 pm and 6 am.

We have our own pitches, which can be booked for an additional fee. We request that you make an early reservation before arrival. Fees can be paid online in advance or upon arrival to our staff. Please provide the contact details specified in your booking in advance.

If all our parking spaces are already booked, we will be happy to help you find a public car park.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartments and throughout the building. Please understand that we will charge an amount of EUR 300,- in case of disregard.

Before departure, please enter your invoice data into our guest system. You will automatically receive an invoice at the email address you provided on the day of departure. You will be able to access our guest system a few days before arrival.

For stays of at least seven days, we offer an intermediate cleaning service free of charge upon request. This includes cleaning the floors, changing the towels, disposing of rubbish, replenishing toilet paper, coffee and soap, and a quick clean of the bathroom and kitchen.

Additional intermediate cleanings are available at 25 EUR per cleaning. Please contact our staff to arrange this.

Upon departure, we kindly ask our guests to leave the apartment clean and tidy, with washed dishes. Any additional cleaning required due to excessive dirt will be charged for, with a minimum charge of €25. We require a deposit in the form of your credit card or passport details. This data will be irrevocably deleted by us on the day of your departure.

Many apartments have a sofa bed to accommodate additional guests. If you have booked the apartment for more people and intend to use the sofa bed, you will find bed linen and towels for it in the wardrobe. Please contact us if you have any questions about using them.

At our car park you will find a snack machine, where you can purchase paid drinks, food and snacks.

The rental price includes bed linen, bath towels, dish towels, washing-up liquid and bin bags. We also provide coffee pads for the coffee machine, washing machine detergent, and salt and pepper. Please let us know if you need anything else. Final cleaning is also included in the price.

Some of our apartments have a washing machine, which you can use free of charge along with the provided detergent. Please contact our staff if you have any questions.

For additional persons we charge 15,- EUR per night and person.
